A lady used a £1.50 Primark light bar to transform her dull kitchen into incredible.

The savvy shopper did not spend money on expensive lighting systems, but decided to install his own lighting system.

In the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, she showed pictures of her kitchen and installed lights under her cabinets.

She wrote: "Primark's £1.50 bar light, battery powered.

"I have used mine in the kitchen and behind the TV, I love them!"

Her post clearly impressed the host and received hundreds of likes from people who are keen on copying.

One said: "Need to get some."

Another added: "I have been looking for something like this! I will get a few boxes and x"

One-third wrote: "I will like these. I have to go to the kitchen to buy some."

Prior to this, Primark staff showed off new Disney accessories, household goods series and fashion sneak peeks.

Primark previously launched a new beauty line for the reopening of the store-including a £2 eye shadow palette and a £1 bath bomb.
